Can my package/order be couriered to a postal address?
No, it cannot. You are required to sign for your package.
How do I choose to have my order couriered to me?
When checking out, you must select Standard South African Courier as your shipping method.A fee is involved for having orders couriered.
Can I add an item to my order once it has been paid for?
Unfortunately not if you have selected the courier option, the system is automated so we cannot make changes afterwards.
I do not live in South Africa, how can I have my order couriered?
Contact online store to make special arrangements to assist you with your courier. Additional fees will apply.
My courier is urgent and I need to receive it at a specific time?
You will have to contact online store to make special arrangements for your courier, additional fees may apply.
How long does it take to receive my courier?
Pifactory cannot confirm a specific time in which couriers will be delivered unless special arrangements have been made for urgent couriers. Please note that the Pifactory cannot take responsibility for any delays caused for whatever reason by any courier company as we are not directly associated and rely on their service as a standard customer.
How do I get my tracking number for my courier?
We will email you your tracking number, however, if you did not receive it then simply contact online shop and request your tracking number.
I want to collect my order instead of having it couriered, how do I select this option?
When checking out, you must select Local Pickup, this method requires you to collect your order from our retail store the following working day. Working days are;
- Tuesday – Friday
- Call before trying to collect on a Saturday

I selected the wrong option to receive my package, what must I do?
Unfortunately, orders who have selected the incorrect courier / pick up option will be cancelled and refunded immediately via payfast before releasing the order if notified in time by the customer as our system is automated and cannot accommodate incorrectly selected courier / pick up options for orders. Please select your courier or pick up option carefully when checking out. If your order has already been released to a courier company or to our retail store for collection then we will not be able to refund or change your delivery or collection method.
I am looking for a specific item that does not show on your online store, will you be able to order it for me?
Unfortunately not, we are not able to order special items for customers from suppliers.
How long does it take for my payfast payment to reflect and my order to be processed?
When paying with a credit card, the payfast payment usually reflects immediately. When paying using the EFT payfast method, then your order may only reflect within 24 hours.
Payfast is not showing my bank as an option when making payment, what does this mean?
This means that your bank is temporarily offline, you will have to wait for it to come online again or pay with your credit card via payfast.
